This role provides administrative support across campuses where required. While this role will predominantly be a Receptionist Role, there will be a requirement to perform other administration tasks for the Head of Senior School also.
Position Responsibilities
The overall position responsibilities for this role include:
- Answering the reception phone; customer service
- The administration of Senior School events
- Scheduling meetings
- Administration of Co-Curricular activities
- Administration of HR tasks for the Head of Senior School
- Administration of communications on behalf of the Head of Senior School
