Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint 2 x ProgramManagers within the Finance and Reporting Division.
About the Roles
These roles will work closely together to lead a team providing program management services across a large-scale program or a range of smaller programs which directly contribute to better outcomes for service delivery, business processes and Information services.
One of the Program Manager roles will focus on IT information management program delivery and be responsible for delivering information system changes. You will be working closely with the business to identify gaps between system capability and business requirements and make recommendations to the business on improvements.
The other Program Manager role will focus on business process program delivery and be responsible for the delivery of the annual valuation processes and will do so with the extended support of Finance & Reporting, as well as external practitioners in both government and the private sector.
The ideal candidates will have the skills and experience to excel in program delivery and be able to capture business program data to lead the development of LAHC’s asset information systems strategy and life-cycle management.
Key Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience in managing large programs to achieve outcomes and deliver on contractual targets.
- Proven experience in leading teams and developing staff.
- Extensive experience working with a range of stakeholders and ability to negotiate mutual outcomes.
Essential Requirements
Appropriate tertiary qualifications or equivalent, relevant professional experience and training.

A key feature is the Communities Plus program, which is designed to fast-track the redevelopment of LAHC’s social housing portfolio in partnership with the private and community housing sector to deliver significant new and replacement social housing dwellings that are integrated with affordable private dwellings.
