The Role
We’re currently looking for a Program Manager, Population Health to provide leadership, management and strategic planning for Population Health Programs including, but not limited to Sexual Health, Blood Borne Viruses and models of care for priority populations across our network. The Program Manager oversees the senior Hepatology team, Harm Reduction Coordinator, project positions and administration support services. This position also provides strategic direction to the Public Sexual Health Nurse network across the state.
The Program Manager, Population Health works closely with the Service Director and Clinical Director Population Health in the overall strategic planning and service model for the Population Health directorate. The position ensures that Population Health services are efficient effective and align with organisation’s plans and reporting requirements.
