About the role
Imagine yourself as a key player in steering organizational transformation, championing innovation, and leading the charge in implementing transformational programs that are critical to achieving our strategic goals. This role entails working closely with the existing Integration and Transformation team in ensuring the successful scoping and delivery of some key enterprise-wide initiatives.
We are on the lookout for someone who embodies a strategic mindset, coupled with exceptional project and change management skills. Your ability to collaborate effectively and influence cross-functional teams will be vital in this role.
Your initial focus of this role will be on providing project governance and delivery management of existing strategic initiatives underway including :
- Program Propel: A key initiative focusing on Privacy, Data Management, and Security, ensuring our organization stays ahead in these critical areas.
- Project Elevate: This project is centered around optimizing our Finance processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving financial excellence.
- Emerging Transformation Projects: You will also have the opportunity to lead and contribute to new transformation projects across REA.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Program Manager - Transformation, you will play a key role in partnering with various teams across REA to deliver strategic initiatives. You will provide program and project governance expertise to support the planning and delivery of these initiatives. Your specific deliverables and responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the governance of Program Propel, coordinating the planning and delivery of the program, and regularly updating stakeholders on progress.
- Define project plans, create an overall roadmap, establish milestones, and track progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of workstreams.
- Lead program meetings and prepare updates for key stakeholders, including Steering Committee packs, GIF updates, and Quarterly Business Review updates.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, ideating and designing solutions, agreeing on priorities, and gaining alignment.
- Work with the Risk partner to document all risks, monitor them, and ensure appropriate mitigating measures are in place.
- Collaborate with the Finance partner to manage program financials, addressing any budget variations and ensuring financial accountability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment of business requirements.
