Program Manager

You are a Program Manager looking to have oversight of a large modernisation program. You are interested in a role where you are complementing the Director to ensure high quality and consistent delivery of the program. You are an Australian Citizen with a current Baseline clearance, or one in progress.Our Government client is presently seeking a Program Manager with the ability to not only provide direction to team members, but to perform some of the tasks themselves. The individual that is selected to undertake this role will possess the following:
Extensive experience in managing large and complex programs;
Experience in Program and Project Management frameworks, practices and guidelines;
Strong negotiation and influencing skills:
Government experience: and
Leading Governance and assurance, with capability uplift and skills transfer.
