You will provide leadership management and mentoring to professional and technical staff, and will lead the resource planning, monitoring and review to ensure appropriate resources. Operations or related experience within a complex service-oriented organisation
Strong experience leading teams and managing resources in a multidisciplinary environment
Experience with and understanding of WHS and risk management
Experience with workforce management and resource allocation
Sound experience ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative obligations
Exceptional negotiation, relationship management and communication skills
