You are detail oriented and thorough, and you work well in a fast-paced complex environment.About the Role Reporting to the General Manager: UniSA STEM, you will join the Program Services Manager team which is responsible for the operational management of the program portfolio and associated activity providing strategic, commercial, budgetary, policy and governance and support. You will provide leadership management and mentoring to professional and technical staff, and will lead the resource planning, monitoring and review to ensure appropriate resources. You will establish effective business systems and processes, and provide leadership across compliance, accreditation, governance and risk management, and health and safety.About UniSA STEMUniSA STEM links engineering, mathematics, science, defence, cybersecurity, construction management, environmental science, aviation, information management, information technology, and project management, harnessing the connections across disciplines to bring big ideas to fruition. Operations or related experience within a complex service-oriented organisation
Strong experience leading teams and managing resources in a multidisciplinary environment
Experience with and understanding of WHS and risk management
Experience with workforce management and resource allocation
Sound experience ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative obligations
Exceptional negotiation, relationship management and communication skills
