Based at our Head Office in South Melbourne, this role is a full-time permanent position (38 hours per week). We have a hybrid working environment, so this role offers the flexibility of combined onsite attendance and working from home. AIDH also offer additional days of paid leave throughout the year.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Support or related role.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).

Education:
- Qualifications in Health Related /Project Management Support desirable
The Program Support Officer (Workforce) at the Australasian Institute of Digital Health (AIDH) plays a crucial role in providing administrative assistance to the program management team. Reporting to the Director of Workforce, this position requires a detail-oriented and organised individual who can effortlessly juggle day-to-day project administrative tasks, support program activities, and contribute to the overall success of AIDH workforce initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Administration Support:
- Manage and maintain program-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the coordination of program and project-related activities.
- Support Project Managers to automate and streamline business processes.
- Coordinate volunteer committees and working groups.
Data Management:
- Maintain databases and information systems related to program activities.
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of program data.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial record-keeping.
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and other financial transactions as needed.
Communication:
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other program-related documents.
- Facilitate communication between program staff, partners, and stakeholders.
