Program Support Officer, National Security & Defence

• 5+ years experience within a program office.
• Experience working on large complex multi year program.
• 3+ years working for/with the Australian Government.
• Has established and maintained governance structures to support MSP/PRINCE2 programs (or a similar certification).
• Has excellent communication and writing skills, and can facilitate meetings and workshops.
• Must meet/exceed AWS Leadership Principles.
• Hold or be able to attain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance (see https://www1.defence.gov.au/security/clearances)

As an AWS Program Support Officer you will work with Program Leadership to deliver large and complex programs as part of the AWS National Security & Defence Team.
In this role, you will establish and drive mechanisms and best practice to deliver results for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting large complex multi-year programs and a background using Program and Risk Management Frameworks as used in the Australian Government. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, adaptable, articulate, driven and work will in a team.

• Experience interpreting IT requirements.
• Able to communicate fluently (verbal and written).
