Form of workVectiq are seeking experienced Program & Project Support Officers/Managers with Baseline, or higher security clearance to work as part of a collaborative team within one of the largest Federal Government departments in Canberra.
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of supporting and delivering complex ICT programs or projects, possessing strong attention to detail, sound judgement and excellent organisational skills.

- Support for Boards and Working Groups
- Contribute to project assurance activities
- Proficiency in project management principles and Agile methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and maintaining accurate program/project documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong focus on accuracy in documentation and adherence to strategies and plans.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and build strong relationships across functions and stakeholder groups.
- Capability to take initiative, lead projects and motivate team members.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and experience in conducting quality reviews.
