This is a crucial role; as the Program Training Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and coordination of technical training, including the AME apprenticeship training requirements. In this position you will oversee and coordinate the training schedule for all levels of training requirements required for the UH-60M program.

We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Program Training Coordinator to join our UH-60M Black Hawk team.
About you:
Due to the nature of this role, you will be self-motivated and outcomes focussed with superior communication skills. This will make you a strong team player who is able to liaise with all levels of Stakeholders. Ideally you will also hold a Cert IV in Training and Assessment and have a background in a Defence Aircraft Maintenance environment.
To be successful in this role you will also have:
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple activities and source solutions
- Experience in Defence aircraft maintenance environment
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems (Sharepoint / ATLAS) and web delivery tools
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
- Experience with e-learning platforms

Special Requirements:
Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance or be eligible to gain this.
The location of the role will be either Brisbane or Sydney.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversight, development, coordination and conduct of technical and nontechnical training
- Create and maintain a training calendar
- Review and maintain training records and curriculum databases
- Perform tasks including Action end of course filing, and notifications
- Contribute to the maintenance and review of the Training Support Plan
- Review and maintain Training SharePoint and Confluence sites
- Review and maintain / control course and approval summary files and courseware
- Liaise and coordinate with external training providers for essential / desirable training events for personnel
- Undertake and perform Induction of new personnel
