About the role

The Programmatic Sales and Trading Executive will directly contribute to the success of not only the Advertising sales team but the wider Are Media business in achievement of budgets, growing the digital offering and expanding our digital presence in market.

You will be responsible in conjunction with the broader sales team for the delivery of the Programmatic Deals monthly budget (PG and PMP combined) to achieve a quarterly and then yearly budget. This role is both sales support and a market-facing role, therefore some agency or trading desk relationships are preferred! Reporting into the Head of Digital you will have a direct line of report into the commercial digital sales team.

Duties

• Budget Achievement (PG and PMP only) drive revenue for deal budget with the assistance of the broader sales team.
• Owning relationships in-market via agency and Trading desks to uncover sales opportunities as well as wider sales team support
• Assist the sales team with product selection, inventory, scheduling and reporting
• Forecasting and pipeline management
• Optimisation of campaigns including reporting: post-campaign success, previous campaigns learnings and mid-campaign optimisations

Skills and experience

• 1-2 years in a programmatic trader role or ad operations role 
• Understanding of PG and PMP deals (sell in, schedule creation, activity and delivery)
• Market relationships ideal (trading desks, agency desks, DSPs)
• Interpersonal skills (internal and external stakeholder management)
• Budget delivery (forecasting and delivery)
• Communication skills (presenting and managing relationships)
