Job Description:
As the Travel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing trade partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other key players in your territory. Your goal will be to increase sales and enhance market presence through strategic alliances and collaborative efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on establishing and growing trade partnerships within your designated territory.
- Identify potential partners, initiate contact, and conduct meetings to present our services and partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that drive mutual growth and align with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored promotional materials and campaigns that support partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for expansion.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and partnership activities to senior management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience business development, or partnership management within the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of the travel market, including key players, trends, and dynamics in the designated territory.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.

- 80 - 90k Base Salar + Superannuation
