About the roleAs our new Programme Manager with a focus on packaging you will partner closely with the Lead Sustainable Packaging Manager.
In this fixed term opportunity for 18 months you will be responsible for providing centralised programme management deliver a key strategic project for Coles and our customers.
You'll also be:
• Accountable for the delivery of external commitment and regulatory requirements
• Management, tracking and reporting of the project activity and delivery statuses
• Identify and manage any risks or concerns within the project group
• Partner and manage varied supplier, vendor and brand relationships
• Facilitate and embed ways of working across the key stakeholder teams, to deliver packaging sourcing commitments and audit requirements
Bring your proven programme management skills into this exciting role as part of the wider Own Brand team. This role will see you leverage your relationships building skills in a role that have great opportunity to have impact!
You will also need to have:
• Proven experience in project management and influencing cross functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and program management.
• Strong business analytics and process mapping experience.
• Experience with business cases and implementation tracking.
