But we’re even more passionate about our People!Our PMO & Strategy team is on a look out for a self-driven Programme Manager to support our business to achieve its sustainable share growth ambition by capturing, controlling and reporting against schedules, budgets and risks for a portfolio of change projects.About the role

• Lead management of key initiatives around ANZ strategy
• Enable focus on the relevance of each tactic under our strategic pillars
• Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders
• Take the lead to solve problems during the execution of programs with the Senior Leadership Team
• Ensure all critical priorities of our strategy is reviewed, assessed, and reported
• Develop and manage project plans, status reports and management updates
• Coordinate and serve as project manager across a few strategic initiatives
• Troubleshoot current issues and implement solutions
• Lead governance of Sustainable Cost Advantage (SCA) and sustainable revenue management
• Partner with cross functional teams to ideate for SCA projects

About you

• Strategic ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term value
• Executive presence, comfortable communicating with SLT/HQ with transformational change management experience
• Collaborative style that fosters inclusion and participation
• Transformational change management experience paired with experience in working within similar Manufacturing/FMCG environment
• Ability to understand business value chain with strong financial acumen to navigate complex projects
