Programme Manager responsibilities:

• Establish and lead large programmes, defining scope and vision
• Identify required skills and resources for successful delivery
• Manage Dependencies and Collaboration
• Ensure Quality Delivery and Change Management
• Provide Reporting and Analytics
• Engage Stakeholders and Communicate Effectively
• Drive innovation and customer-centricity

Programme Manager requirements:

• 5+ years of programme management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects with teams spread across different time zones and cultures.
• Adept at navigating and optimizing distributed/cross-functional teams and ways of working
• Demonstrated expertise in driving programs from inception to completion.
• Ability to envision and implement strategic architecture for programs
• Experience overseeing seamless customer migrations
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in the dynamic realms of online, and digital business
