Wood has a collaborative maintenance contract with Ampol to deliver leading maintenance and project services to their Lytton Refinery.
We are currently seeking a Programs Maintenance Planner Scheduler with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry to join the Wood team at the Ampol Refinery based in Lytton, Brisbane. This is a permanent role.
At this time, we will only consider applications from Australian citizens or those holding the required permit/VISA for this region.
- Schedule all new work orders to be executed prior to their due date in line with priority and resource availability,
- Monitor day-to-day progress of the Programs Maintenance schedule, highlighting concerns to management,
- Review resource availability against resource requirements, highlighting concerns to the execution team and Programs Coordinator,
- Construct fortnightly Integrated schedule and 28 day lookahead schedule,
- Interface with the Programs Coordinator if target due dates cannot be achieved so the potential risk and impact can be assessed with the operations team,
- Advise impact of any 'Priority over Plan' work and reschedule as appropriate,
- Assist the Programs Coordinator to deliver meetings,
- To champion the delivery of the weekly schedule and the importance of protecting the plan,
- Drive scheduling improvement efforts for their Plan area(s),
- Complete relevant actions upon completion of the work order,
- Monitor & produce monthly reporting from CMMS.
- SAP CMMS knowledge and demonstrated experience essential,
- Primavera (P6) experience is desirable,
- Demonstrated experience within a similar industry or related industry workplace,
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills,
- Highly skilled in MS Suite Skills - Word, Excel,
- Actively commits to being a OH&S Leader,

- Degree or diploma in Engineering or Mechanical trade qualification,
