The team has a wealth of experience across residential apartments, townhouses, master-planned land communities, hotels, mixed-use projects and commercial developments. They are seeking a Project Accountant to work closely with the Finance Director and Accounting team, delivering on the success of exciting projects in the pipeline.

Duties of this role will include:
- Partner with the business to provide financial and commercial guidance on project assumptions, returns (IRR, EBIT/Net profit etc)
- Review feasibilities to ensure forecasted profit is current and accurate
- Attend project control group meetings
- Assist with any required-on joint venture projects
- Treasury and analysis function with lenders
- Analysis of disposals, acquisitions, valuations, and P&L impacts
To be successful you will have:
- Understanding of residential and commercial (office, hotel, apartments, multi-sector)
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships that deliver results across a range of audiences while maintaining a commercial and financial focus
- Proficiency in Excel & EstateMaster (or Equivalent)
- High personal and professional standards
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- A dynamic and vibrant approach to work
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, ability to meet deadlines, analytical ability, and work ethic.
- Experience in Financial Accounting or Funding background
