The Role
As a Project Accountant, you will play a crucial role in promoting best practice accounting within our business. You work closely with the CFO and Senior Accountant to complete a range of Finance projects ranging from ERP implementation to migration of data, to the completion of outstanding Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with the trial balance migration of numerous business entities as well as historical balance ledger migration.
- Implementation of our ERM Fixed Asset Register across our businesses.
- Analyse account data
- Reconciliations
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Project Accountant role will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in project and contract management. A CPA or Chartered qualification is preferred, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. You will have demonstrated ability to promote best practice accounting and support working capital management for various projects.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or significant knowledge and experience in project and contract management.
- CPA or Chartered preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong reconciliation and Excel skills
