About the Role
As a result of continued growth, SEE Civil are looking to welcome experienced Project Managers to our Urban Development division. As part of our Urban team, you could expect to manage subdivision projects across the north of Brisbane, Caboolture or wider Moreton Bay region.
We have a vast range of projects currently underway and projected growth. We are now seeking Project Managers to lead our project teams. These roles are permanent opportunities where you will be responsible for managing a project's programming, safety coordination, subcontractor management and supervision of all technical aspects of the project.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Proven experience in managing and delivering relevant civil construction and urban projects
- Demonstrated experience managing a project and maintaining focus on priorities
- Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating and administering contracts, specifications, Australian standards.
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent experience
- Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others.
