Job DetailsWe are looking for someone who can efficiently and effectively provide various administrative support to Management and Operations Centre personnel.
Your role will provide you with practical training in answering and directing telephone calls, providing customer service, accurately completing data entry, booking meetings, completing stock orders, preparing project documents and other Project Administration duties as required.
Undertaking this 12-month traineeship and BSB30120 Certificate III in Business will give you the opportunity to put theory into practice and gain valuable experience in the workplace to set you up for a successful business career.

We’re looking for motivated applicants who are committed to completing a formal qualification in Business Administration and have a genuine interest in starting a career as a Project Administrator.
You will be a confident communicator and pride yourself on your professional and personal presentation, as you will be liaising with a variety of business stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s licence or equivalent (this is a necessity)
- Sound computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Planning and organisational skills along with a high level of attention to detail, high work standards, adaptability and initiative
- Have the desire to learn and have a positive attitude
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Organise tasks and work within deadlines
- Great written and verbal communication
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screen, and Police Check
Prior work experience within an office/administration environment will be very highly regarded but not essential to your application.
