Due to an exciting growth phase, we are seeking a Project Administrator to join our team.
This position is located in Karratha on a Tier one project. Our ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start.

Crushing Services Australia is a crushing and screening operation that specialises in the crushing and screening industry across Australia. CSA service and maintain mining equipment as well as offer plant and equipment for hire.

Duties
- Mobilisation of staff
- Manage rosters and organise personnel lists and levels.
- Ensure all site-specific requirements are met prior to team members/contractors mobilising to site, eg. medicals, correct and valid licences, PPE requirements etc.
- Book and co-ordinate all travel requirements through our booking platform
- Ensure all documents, licenses, qualifications etc are complete and up to date or request / book training that is required or needs updating.
- Arrange management travel for site visits and business development.
- Enter Perth and Site timesheets.
- Administration – project start up tasks such as setting up project folders, induction and maintenance of induction registers
- Assisting the Site Supervisor
- Organising site permits with supervisors
- Raising purchase orders and assist with invoices.
- Assist with various daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Organise meetings and send calendar invites.
What’s Required
- 2 years minimum experience working in the Resource and / or Energy Industry in an admin / mobilisation role
- Certificate III in Business Administration including MS Office Suite is desirable
- A can do attitude to work and the task at hand
- Ability to work under pressure and reach deadlines
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to maintain quality and high attention to detail when working to deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
- High levels of computer literacy with a focus on commonly used project tools including Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Project.
