ABOUT US:
Central Systems (Centrals) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Resource Development Group Limited (RDG), capable of delivering a range of multidiscipline construction services for clients in the Resources, Energy, Infrastructure and Utilities sectors across Australia.
As a result of continued growth across the RDG companies, we are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to provide support across all aspects of our remote construction projects with the role based in our Osborne Park head office.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Assist with a high volume of employee and subcontractor end to end onboarding and mobilisation inclusive of due diligence, inductions, flight bookings and roster management.
- Finance and procurement duties, such as raising and receipting of purchase orders, coordinating transport and logistics, obtaining quotes and sourcing plant and materials from a large supplier base.
- Adhere to monthly accounting deadlines, through liaison with site and senior management.
- Assisting with weekly timesheets and payroll queries as required.
- Entering and maintaining training and qualification registers and databases.
- Compilation of various internal and client project reports.
- Administration support to the various Project Managers and teams.
ABOUT YOU:
- 2 years’ experience in an administration role within the mining and construction sector.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build effective relationships at all levels.
- Strong data entry skills and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work autonomously.
- Able to multi-task, time manage and prioritise effectively.
- Self-motivated, with a 'can do' attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure or in stressful situations.
