Position Overview:
As a Projects Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction admin team. Managing project documentation and ensuring the smooth completing of projects, your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the timely raising of jobs and maintain accurate records
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including defence HOTO documentation and reporting.
• Ensure the accurate preparation of commissioning documentation in line with project requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the construction admin team.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Bright and bubbly personality with a can-do attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location:
This position is based in our Darwin office located in Winnellie.
