About the role

We are actively searching for a proficient Project Administrator to join our dynamic team based in Subiaco. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for professional advancement, offering a permanent, full-time contract working Monday through Friday.

Ideally suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment the role of Project Administrator is instrumental in overseeing administrative operations across multiple construction projects. You will serve as a pivotal member of our team, taking ownership of project coordination and ensuring seamless administrative functionality throughout the project lifecycle.

Your day-to-day includes:

  • Working collaborating with the finance department to ensure relevant records are up to date and deadlines are met.
  • Engaging with clients and key stakeholders, as well as coordinating with subcontractors.
  • Ensuring the timely consolidation of daily timesheets and daily force reports.
  • Providing support in formatting document deliverables prior to submission as needed.
  • Managing and reconciling project costings, issuing PO’s and reporting to relevant parties.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to grow and take on additional responsibilities aligned with your qualifications and experience.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in an Administration function ideally from a contracting or construction background with a knack for accounting.
  • Fundamental comprehension of project reporting and controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and a track record of meeting stringent deadlines consistently.
