Form of workWe are looking for a Project Administrator to join our team to help support our project consultants with the administration of Commercial/Residential projects, ensuring all aspects of project delivery and installations are organised in line with the delivery schedule. This role is crucial to enabling timely and efficient project delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and a smooth end to end process. About the role:This is an in-office role, it would be best suited to someone with strong motivation and high energy who can work well in a team environment but also work independently. We require the successful candidate to have a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written & verbal), and have customer service skills and experience. If successful, you will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience, liaising with customers, Builders and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Supporting the project consultants with all aspects of project administration;Communicate with customers with updates on their projects;Communicate / coordinate with builders on timelines for installations;Scheduling installations. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with acute attention to detail;Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;Have a positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
