We currently have an opportunity in our Canberra Delivery Operations team for a Project Administrator for our Volume Business where you will support the Project Manager by performing project management tasks that do not require decision making. These include monitoring and maintenance of the project financial forecast as well as correct posting of actuals, managing project documentation, invoice triggering and payment monitoring
What will you be doing?
- Providing administrative and operational support to Project Managers and Site Supervisors
- Assisting Project Manager with monitoring and maintaining project financial forecast
- Invoicing and monitoring payments
- Data entry and managing project documentation
- Partnering with key internal stakeholders to help deliver better outcomes for the Customer
Are you the one?
- Previous experience in a billing/finance/project coordination role
- Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates drive and persistence and consistently strives to meet goals
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP essential
- High level of energy and professionalism
- A proactive, can-do attitude
