Address Our client is seeking a highly motivated Project Administrator to join their team in Melbourne CBD, Australia. As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and validating invoices, managing contract commercials, and engaging with stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure contractual alignment. You will also be responsible for reviewing system entries for accuracy and alignment with processes, allocating invoices for validation and processing on a daily basis, and addressing any disputes related to processing and validation in weekly meetings with contractors.

Pay: $44/ hour plus Supers | 38 hours/ week
Flexibility: 2 days WFH
What's the Job?
Processing invoices (high level)
Reviewing and validating invoices & data
Ensuring contractual alignment with subcontractor contracts
Engaging with other stakeholders and subcontractors
Allocating invoices for validation and processing on a daily basis
Reviewing system entries for accuracy and alignment with processes
Managing contract commercials
Processing in the system with a high level of accuracy
Other ad hoc responsibilities
Weekly meetings with contractors to address any disputes related to processing and validation
What's Needed?
Strong experience in invoice processing
High attention to detail
Previous commercial experience, including some exposure to contracts and commercials
Previous experience with invoice processing and validation
Experience in data management and process-driven roles
Ability to manage stakeholders effectively
