We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate project communication and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation, including project budgets, expenses, and invoicing.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proactively implementing solutions to mitigate them.
- Processing purchase orders, and managing material deliveries.
- Assist project managers with project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project plans.
- Assist with on-site coordination and logistics, including scheduling installations.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- At least Bachelor's degree
- At least three years’ experience as a Project Administrator or a similar role
- Additional certification (e.g., ACP/PMP/PRINCE2) is a plus
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Attention to detail to monitor and control project variables
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget
- Ability to motivate a team and make sound decisions
- Motivated to achieve targets and foster a good team environment
