Champagne Recruitment is in search of a Project Administrator renowned for their meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-orientated mindset.
At the forefront of commercial curation, our client specialises in furniture, art, electrical, and more. As a Project Administrator, you’ll spearhead project administration tasks from budget approval to procurement and supply chain management. Your role will entail the crucial responsibility of ensuring that products are efficiently sourced with budgetary constraints and delivered promptly.
You’ll collaborate with clients, suppliers, technical experts, and colleagues across Australia. With your innovative thinking and proactive approach, you’ll ensure projects are executed promptly and precisely. This customer-facing position demands exceptional communication skills, as you’ll engage with clients and suppliers alike to guarantee seamless collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain Projects and Jobs in the Job Management System.
- Identify and implement best logistical solutions for delivery of products.
- Purchase Order process from ordering, deliver times and receipt of goods.
- Supplier invoice process and entering
- Source alternate and replacement stock
- Produce delivery schedules and liaise with client.
- Produce installation schedules with installation teams.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Warranty and repair management
Requirements:
- Essential ability to enter data accurately.
- Experience with cost management and reporting
- Must be able to operate autonomously.
- Exemplary communication skills with emphasis on negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven commitment to continuous improvement
- Essential Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Essential Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Competent working knowledge of job and project software, in particular Aroflo
- Essential that you have a valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- You must have Australian Citizenship to be successful for this opportunity.
