This major project has been well-led and managed by an accomplished and dedicated leadership team. This is a critical project that will transform the business. Working with a broad Corporate Services leadership group of stakeholders you will manage the Finance team and deliver the end-to-end tasks associated with a major Finance ERP implementation.
You will need previous experience in a similar role, tertiary qualifications in Finance/Accounting and/or IT, and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a positive, motivating way. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and a thorough understanding of project management principles coupled with critical thinking and problem-solving skills will also be necessary. Previous experience with Workday will be highly regarded.
