Project Assistant

JBM Power, part of the ARA group, is a leading switchboard manufacturer committed to delivering high quality, safe products to our clients, providing turnkey solutions for government, mining, infrastructure, renewables and much more.  

We are looking for a well-organised Project Assistant to support our Electrical Engineers and Managers in various aspects of the projects' process. 

The Role: 
The successful candidate would work closely with the Electrical Projects' Team, providing assistance with purchasing, returns, preparation of production folders/documents, as directed, setting up and handling minutes of meetings, printing, filing, and other ad hoc project based tasks, as required. 

Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite. 
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Ability to multi – task and deadline driven.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and take direction from projects' team.
