We are looking for a well-organised Project Assistant to support our Electrical Engineers and Managers in various aspects of the projects' process.
The Role:
The successful candidate would work closely with the Electrical Projects' Team, providing assistance with purchasing, returns, preparation of production folders/documents, as directed, setting up and handling minutes of meetings, printing, filing, and other ad hoc project based tasks, as required.
Successful Candidate:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multi – task and deadline driven.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and take direction from projects' team.
