We currently have a Maternity Leave contract (up to 12 months) for a vibrant Partnerships & Engagement Officer to join our team. You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships and Engagement to build relationships and promote Police Bank to our core bond of membership in order to better serve the needs of our members, increase brand awareness and support business development.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Support the Head of Partnerships and Engagement with all partnership related aspects of the organisation, including managing the partnership calendar of events, partner expectations, logistics, merchandise and collateral and internal attendee management.
- Reviewing and uphold partnership agreements that leverage and maximise benefits
- Work collaboratively with product and marketing to coordinate opportunities for brand building and lead generation, aligning with overall company goals and sales targets.
- Assist with internal reporting including strategy document creation, file management, performance dashboards and budget spend.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a community engagement, marketing co-ordinator or event planning role is a must. You are vibrant, personable and have the confidence to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Creativity and a knack for problem-solving.
- Have a drive for excellence and thrive when working in a fast-paced environment
