Our APAC team requires an experienced Project Controller/HSSEQ Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis at our Karratha office.
About the role:
As a Project Controller/HSSEQ Administrator at Delmar Systems, you will be integral to efficiently coordinating rental orders and equipment assets, while also providing vital support to the base through HSSEQ initiatives.
We are seeking a candidate with exceptional communication and organisational skills ideally with experience in the energy sector, who is ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role.
Training will be provided for this role.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Project Controller
- Coordinate rental orders efficiently
- Monitor rental order progress and ensure timely completion
- Assign mooring equipment based on availability and customer needs
- Create delivery and return tickets for equipment movements
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order execution
- Communicate with customers to confirm schedules and address inquiries
- Maintain an accurate equipment list for each project
HSSEQ Administrator
- Manage HSSEQ documentation and records
- Coordinate safety meetings and training and certifications
- Ensure compliance with HSSEQ regulations
- Support the development and communication of HSSEQ initiatives for the base
- Assist in administrative tasks for the HSSEQ department
Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience in asset management systems (preferred)
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with customers and teams
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet stringent deadlines
- Exceptional organisational skills for accurate records and equipment management
- Ability to work well in dynamic environments with tight deadlines and changing requirements
