AddressWe seek a Project Control Manager to join our team on a major project within the mining industry.
The role:
- Lead and manage a team of cost analysts, schedulers, and estimators to ensure effective project control measures are in place.
- Utilize your strong leadership skills to drive project success from detailed design through to execution.
- Oversee Project Controls functions, including cost management, scheduling, and estimating, to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and implement strategies to optimize project performance.
- Provide regular reports and updates to project management on project status, budget forecasts, and schedule milestones.
What you will bring:
- 10+ Years of experience working on major projects within the mining industry, and at least 3 with EPCM.
- Experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and schedule constraints.
