The Project Coordination Lead is critical to making this happen is responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of Project Coordinators within the practice. The Project Coordination Lead will play a key role in building coordination capability across a diverse range of Projects and Programs. Other responsibilities of the role will include:
Actively work with the Practice Lead to optimize Project Coordination workforce demand and capacity planning
Support the development and evolution of the Project Coordination Practice through effective coaching and leadership, and embedding best practices
Implement robust Project Coordination strategies and plans to integrate initiatives and uplift capability within the Practice
Evolve and embed Project Coordination best practices techniques, tools and processes

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Significant expertise in Project Coordination
Understanding of project methodologies, frameworks and techniques
Exceptional influencing skills
Ability to effectively coach and lead teams
Good knowledge and experience of strategic workforce planning and demand forecasting
Well-developed organization agility and the ability to maneuver within the organization and get things done through leveraging networks
Demonstrated leadership ability, including strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
Ability to recognize areas for improvement and conceptualize potential
Understanding of project tools and reporting (E.g. Jira PPM, confluence etc)
