Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to completion
Creating, reviewing and maintaining project and safety documentation
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving potential roadblocks.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and project team members
Assisting Project Manager with estimating, tendering and material orders
Preparation of client handover documents
Liaising between Project Manager, Site Manager & Clients
Qualifications:
Experience in the construction industry in particular contract / project management roles
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook
Hold a current a valid Australian drivers licence
Have the ability to work with conflicting deadlines and competing demands
Be able to work both independently and as a team
