In this role, you'll:
Work as part of the Customer Experience, Project Services team to support and deliver project tasks for key customer-centric programs of work that improve the customer environment and experience for Sydney Trains customers across NSW.
This role will see you develop and maintain project schedules and documentation, and deliver procurement activities to ensure that projects are delivered to agree time, cost and quality standards. This includes coordination of project reporting, and the preparation of briefing notes, ministerial and other relevant documents ot support informed decision making.
As well as having the opportunity to play a role in some of Sydney Trains' key customer-centric programs, this is also a career progression role in project management.
This is a Fixed Term Opportunity up to July 2025.

About you
You are a strong communicator and team player with an eye for detail. You are also highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills. Your strong project co-ordination skills coupled with abilty to be courageous and speak up when you see something's not right will help us shape transport customer experience that will enhance our communities and have a lasting impact for generations to come.
You will have demonstrated experience in a project management support role such as a project officer, where your focus has been on project coordination activities including business improvement processes and stakeholder management.
You wil have knowledge of a range of technology applications and software to support project teams and experience, working collaboratively in a team environment to support a range of stakeholders and projects to deliver on time and on budget services.
