About the business and the role
Our client is a national leader in providing engineering, installation and maintenance solutions in electrical & communications, HVAC, Tech, Security, and Infrastructure industries. They are seeking an enthusiastic person to join their team as a Project Coordinator on a short-term contract . The successful candidate being expected to provide quality Project Administration duties with an ability to integrate into the team.

Duties and responsibilities
Coordinating meetings and taking minutes.
Working closely with the Project Manager ordering materials and reviewing invoices.
Collect onboarding and act as point of contact for site.
Document control of RFI registers, Toolbox talks, QA documentations SWMS/ITC/ITPs etc.
General ad-hoc admin duties assisting the Project management team.
Skills and Experience
Previous Project Coordination experience is highly desirable.
Experience with ACONEX preferably required.
Firm computer understanding and ability to prioritise and set about their day.
Positive attitude and willingness to work.
White Card required.
