WOW Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join an expanding construction firm in Sydney's North West.
You will provide vital support to Operations & Project Managers, ensuring seamless coordination and scheduling of projects. Your role will involve managing resources, and equipment, and organising project-related information to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing an email inbox ensuring all enquiries are responded to.
- Efficiently scheduling projects to optimise field staff productivity and compliance.
- Ensuring bookings schedules are followed up daily and confirmed.
- Ensure all crew have been assigned work one day prior.
- Booking inspections and ordering gravel adhering to strict deadlines and any other administrative tasks related to the project continuity and completion.
- Advising clients and builders of any issues that arise throughout the job.
- Following up on outstanding purchase orders.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as time permits.
What do you bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a project coordination role is highly desirable.
- Must be extremely proficient with admin.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, meet strict deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Excellent team player.
