How will you contribute?
You will be an excellent and effective communicator and have experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction/renewables industry. Your drive and attention to detail will support the Project Managers and the Team as a whole to deliver quality products and services to our clients in a timely and professional manner.

The Role:
Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Regular effective communication with relevant Department Representatives regarding progress, timeframes, quality and safety during execution.
- Plan, schedule and track project milestones and deliverables and actively manage the schedule to meet project milestone dates.
- Effectively communicate with the Client to verify Scope and provide and gather information as required.
- Set and continually manage project expectations liaising as the single point of contact for project members and clients.
- Manage Client expectations and ensure good relationships at all times communicating timely and effectively.
- Responsible for managing and creating all Purchase Orders ensuring timely delivery on site, considering possible long lead times.
- Maintaining effective communication within the Projects team.
- Assist with the creation of Purchase Orders/cost sheet allocations for various projects.
- Contribute to a workplace environment and culture that adheres to Workplace Health & Safety legislation.
- Record all Quality issues in the Improvement Register.
- Adherence to the Quality processes and standards as outlined in the ART BMS in accordance to the ISO and Australian standards and requirements. Comply with, and contribute to improving the BMS.
- Prepare final closeout documentation and ensure the closing out of every project within ART system.
Must have:
To succeed in this role, it is essential for you to have:
Experience in Coordinating Construction Projects or Project Administration.
Exceptional Communication Skills
Problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to actively seek alternative and possible resolutions to encountered problems.
Very organized with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of Administrative and Clerical Procedures
Strong Computer Skills
Microsoft Suite Knowledge
