Workforce Rostering Coordinator Your new company Your new company is a reputable and well known not-for-profit looking for a Workforce Rostering Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis to assist with heightened workload. Your new role In your new role you will be responsible for:
Assist in the creation, editing and maintenance of rosters
Identify and propose innovative solutions to rectify gaps and achieve improvements in workforce related matters
Ensure that business units within Aged Care Services operate within predetermined workforce benchmarking
Manage and maintain rostering systems to improve customer service and deliver best practice services
Contribute to the development of processes to effectively manage AnglicareSA's Aged Care Workforce
Provide orientation to new staff on best practice rostering processes
What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will ideally:
Have previous rostering experience
Demonstrating in depth knowledge of rostering processes and best practice
Ability to apply knowledge of business practices and policies relating to workforce management
Capacity to work on a range of tasks in a dynamic, changeable environment
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
