Project Coordinator play a key role in the delivery of this project as well as future projects in the portfolio.
Your RoleThis role is THE GLUE that works between the Senior Leadership and the project team to:
- Make sure that the project is being planned & tracked effectively
- Coordinating meetings
- Setting up scopes
- Ensuring submissions received from EPC's are comparable with the scope
- Some Executive Assistant duties e.g. booking travel
- And everything else in-between
Your Characteristics and Experience
- 5+ Year experience as an EA or Project Coordinator
- You do NOT need a technical engineering background
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure common goals are achieved
- Attention to detail whilst working under pressure
- Well organised, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Great time management
- Self-managed and ability to add value
