About the role:
 

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator is a vital role to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

 

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing reports on project status, tracking budget and preparing stakeholder packs.

 

Why this role matters?

 

  • Reconcile financials, including between SAP and Clarity PPM, budgets versus actuals, and timesheets submitted.
  • Raise, receipt and track purchase orders in SAP.
  • Track and manage vendor documentation deliverables.
  • Maintain project roadmap and ensure its accuracy.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Centralize document management on SharePoint/Teams sites.
  • Ensure project compliance with governance standards.
  • Assist in drafting status reports and steering committee packs, and record actions.

 

What will you bring?

 

  • Demonstrated previous experience in a project coordination or management role ideally within the IT industry.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple tasks/processes with deadlines and limited supervision.
  • Excellent skills in SAP, MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, including use of pivot tables and graphs/charts.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working on largescale projects from $5M upwards.
  • Certification in an established project management and/or business analysis methodology highly preferred.
