The Position
As a Project Coordinatorwith LGM you will deliver medium sized Capital Improvement projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the client’s specifications and scope of work. By providing support, leadership and efficient coordination you will guide our teams of tradesmen to succeed in their roles.
To be considered for the role applicants should possess the following attributes:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
- A trade background or engineering degree will be highly regarded
- Excellent leadership skills and highly developed commercial acumen
- Understand technical documents, specifications, standards and schedules based on projects requirements
- Ability to provide timely analysis, advice, reports and responses to stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft suite specifically MS Excel and MS Projects
- Strong proven qualities of integrity and honesty
- Excellent problem solving, organisational & interpersonal skills
- Live in the Bunbury or surrounding areas of W.A
- Full work rights in Australia
