Our client in the NFP sector is currently seeking a highly organised, results orientated Project Coordinator to join their Human Resources team.

Reporting to the Project Management Officer in the People and Culture Team, the successful candidate will embrace the opportunity to manage, coordinate and execute strategic projects for organisation improvement, and legislative reforms.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating to create project plans with stakeholders, managing project activities, tracking timeframes, budgets, risks, and outcomes, documenting progress, and ensuring milestones are met.
- Promoting project and change management best practices using organisation frameworks. This includes assessing projects, identifying risks, and devising mitigation strategies.
- Supporting Project Managers in maintaining project control registers, status reports, closure reports, and other project documentation and processes.
- Monitoring project interdependencies and communicating potential conflicts to stakeholders.
- Managing correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports, organising meetings, and maintaining documentation.
- Providing assistance to management and project teams in implementing change improvements and initiatives.
- Develop key working relationships with many stakeholders throughout the organisation.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven track record in facilitating end-to-end planning, execution, and reporting across various projects.
- Exceptionally organised professional, capable of juggling multiple tasks, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and consistently delivering results within tight timelines, even under pressure.
- Proficient in applying both Waterfall and Agile methodologies in project management.
- Possesses strong administrative, investigative, and problem-solving aptitude, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and robust analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, adept at fostering relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrates proactive initiative, able to work independently with minimal guidance while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
