About the Role:
As the Bookings Coordinator, you will be working with an incredible team with a mindset of growing together, with having fun at the heart of what they do. Reporting to the Logistics Coordinator.
you will be responsible for:
Coordinate bookings for onsite events, ensuring accurate scheduling and allocation of resources.
Dealing with customer inquiries over email / phone
Communicate with clients to confirm bookings, gather necessary information, and address any questions or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions.

Excellent Organisational skills
Good communication skills
Previous booking coordinating experience
