The Project Coordinator is accountable for administrative support to the Digital Team including:
Key accountabilities:
- Act as the point of contact with the PMO
- Facilitation of meetings
- Support the portfolio, program, and project managers in planning activities
- Organise and participate in project-level resource management engagements, whereby resource
requirements are prioritised in alignment with the priority tasks. - Provide secretarial support to portfolio, program and project governance forums and any other
administration management. - Engage business stakeholders & senior leaders
- Experience working as a Project Coordinator
- Ability to establish strong relationships
- High attention to detail, good organisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
