About the opportunity
The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the successful planning, execution and completion of projects within the organisation. This role serves as a liaison between various project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers and operational leaders, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
The Project Coordinator assists in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation and tracking process to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
- Proven experience in Project Coordinator or related role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-faced environment.
- Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Other requirements
- Successful appointment to this position will require a police check.
- Valid Passport/Working rights in Australia.
- Experience in trades and construction industry would be advantageous.
