Our Opportunity
We are currently seeking a talented Project Coordinator to assist our Project Managers with manufacturing projects. Our growing team is located in Rutherford, NSW office. Your duties will include:
- Supporting Project Managers and their respective project teams in the development of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitoring progress and costs to ensure alignment with project plans.
- Liaising with internal/external stakeholders on deliverables as required.
- Managing customer expectations ongoing.
- Maintain control of job costing throughout and provide feedback to management.
- Establish and maintain positive client relations to ensure customer satisfaction and continued forward forecast of repeat work.
The Right Person
As a Project Coordinator at NEPEAN Longwall, you will have a supportive and consultative approach and strive to execute on time. The ideal candidate will also have:
- Excellent customer relations and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to organise others.
- The ability to work to priorities and contribute in setting priorities.
- An enthusiastic attitude towards in applying your skills and developing new skills
- Willingness to find your niche across a wide range of responsibilities to provide maximum project value.
- Proficiency in document generation software (eg MS Word/Excel) and the ability to gain expertise in Nepean Power systems
- Formal qualifications in project management and/or relevant experience will be well regarded.
