Have you been previously exposed to all facets of Project Coordination within the ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY, and do you have advanced knowledge of Electrical Switchboards, Power Distribution, Automation & Motor Control Systems? If so, we would be keen to hear from you.
Your Impact
As a Project Coordinator you will ensure project delivery standards and processes are followed, as well as you will be responsible for the effective management & delivery of all projects. This includes ensuring project designs are thoroughly checked, signed off and to the customer’s requirements prior to issuing to the customer for approval. You will monitor and manage costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure any discrepancies or changes are addressed and corrected, as required.
Bringing in with you your professional approach & effective communication, you will work with several key stakeholders in relation to all project matters, and ensure you provide swift responses to queries and post-delivery follow ups.
Other responsibilities include:
- Full project management responsibility from design through to delivery.
- Provide technical solutions and support for all project enquiries.
- Delivering a high and exceptional level of customer service to clients and responding promptly to their requests.
- Communicating and building relationships with internal staff to ensure correct information is provided to our customers.
What you will bring to the role:
- Electrical qualifications (preferably degree qualified)
- Sound analytical & problem-solving skills
- Well-developed communication & interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail & the ability to trouble shoot & resolve issues quickly
- A flexible & adaptable attitude
- High levels of motivation & drive
